1 Chronicles 3

  1. 1<pb/><t>These were the sons of David born to him in Hebron: <pb/>The firstborn was Amnon the son of Ahinoam of Jezreel; <pb/>the second, Daniel the son of Abigail of Carmel; <pb/></t>
  2. 2<t>the third, Absalom the son of Maakah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; <pb/>the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith; <pb/></t>
  3. 3<t>the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital; <pb/>and the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah. <pb/></t>
  4. 4<t>These six were born to David in Hebron, where he reigned seven years and six months.</t> <pb/>David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years,
  5. 5and these were the children born to him there: <pb/><t>Shammua,<f>[29]</f> Shobab, Nathan and Solomon. These four were by Bathsheba<f>[30]</f> daughter of Ammiel.</t>
  6. 6<t>There were also Ibhar, Elishua,<f>[31]</f> Eliphelet,</t>
  7. 7<t>Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,</t>
  8. 8<t>Elishama, Eliada and Eliphelet—nine in all.</t>
  9. 9<t>All these were the sons of David, besides his sons by his concubines. And Tamar was their sister. <pb/></t>
  10. 10<t>Solomon’s son was Rehoboam, <pb/>Abijah his son, <pb/>Asa his son, <pb/>Jehoshaphat his son, <pb/></t>
  11. 11<t>Jehoram<f>[32]</f> his son, <pb/>Ahaziah his son, <pb/>Joash his son, <pb/></t>
  12. 12<t>Amaziah his son, <pb/>Azariah his son, <pb/>Jotham his son, <pb/></t>
  13. 13<t>Ahaz his son, <pb/>Hezekiah his son, <pb/>Manasseh his son, <pb/></t>
  14. 14<t>Amon his son, <pb/>Josiah his son. <pb/></t>
  15. 15<t>The sons of Josiah: <pb/>Johanan the firstborn, <pb/>Jehoiakim the second son, <pb/>Zedekiah the third, <pb/>Shallum the fourth. <pb/></t>
  16. 16<t>The successors of Jehoiakim: <pb/>Jehoiachin<f>[33]</f> his son, <pb/>and Zedekiah. <pb/></t>
  17. 17<t>The descendants of Jehoiachin the captive: <pb/>Shealtiel his son,</t>
  18. 18<t>Malkiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama and Nedabiah. <pb/></t>
  19. 19<t>The sons of Pedaiah: <pb/>Zerubbabel and Shimei. <pb/>The sons of Zerubbabel: <pb/>Meshullam and Hananiah. <pb/>Shelomith was their sister. <pb/></t>
  20. 20<t>There were also five others: <pb/>Hashubah, Ohel, Berekiah, Hasadiah and Jushab-Hesed. <pb/></t>
  21. 21<t>The descendants of Hananiah: <pb/>Pelatiah and Jeshaiah, and the sons of Rephaiah, of Arnan, of Obadiah and of Shekaniah. <pb/></t>
  22. 22<t>The descendants of Shekaniah: <pb/>Shemaiah and his sons: <pb/>Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah and Shaphat—six in all. <pb/></t>
  23. 23<t>The sons of Neariah: <pb/>Elioenai, Hizkiah and Azrikam—three in all. <pb/></t>
  24. 24<t>The sons of Elioenai: <pb/>Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah and Anani—seven in all.</t>
