  3. 3<t>“I will not enter my house</t> <t>or go to my bed,</t>
  4. 4<t>I will allow no sleep to my eyes</t> <t>or slumber to my eyelids,</t>
  5. 5<t>till I find a place for the LORD,</t> <t>a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob.” <pb/></t>
  6. 6<t>We heard it in Ephrathah,</t> <t>we came upon it in the fields of Jaar:<f>[216]</f></t>
  7. 7<t>“Let us go to his dwelling place,</t> <t>let us worship at his footstool, saying,</t>
  8. 8<t>‘Arise, LORD, and come to your resting place,</t> <t>you and the ark of your might.</t>
  9. 9<t>May your priests be clothed with your righteousness;</t> <t>may your faithful people sing for joy.’ ” <pb/></t>

  11. 11<t>The LORD swore an oath to David,</t> <t>a sure oath he will not revoke:</t> <t>“One of your own descendants</t> <t>I will place on your throne.</t>

  13. 13<t>For the LORD has chosen Zion,</t> <t>he has desired it for his dwelling, saying,</t>
  14. 14<t>“This is my resting place for ever and ever;</t> <t>here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it.</t>
  15. 15<t>I will bless her with abundant provisions;</t> <t>her poor I will satisfy with food.</t>
  16. 16<t>I will clothe her priests with salvation,</t> <t>and her faithful people will ever sing for joy. <pb/></t>
  17. 17<t>“Here I will make a horn<f>[217]</f> grow for David</t> <t>and set up a lamp for my anointed one.</t>
  18. 18<t>I will clothe his enemies with shame,</t> <t>but his head will be adorned with a radiant crown.”</t>
